Choose the following Coaching Format that’s Right for You.

Our private coaching sessions can take on many different formats and durations. Let's have a conversation about what's right for you. In the meantime, here are some of our most popular options.

MDSGC Private Executive Presentation Coaching Programs

MDSGC Private Coaching Programs are designed for executives, technical and sales professionals at all skill levels. We start with a complimentary consultation to identify your needs and the best coaching approach. We’ll review a previously recorded presentation, if available, utilize online assessments to identify your perceived communication style, strengths and weaknesses, and with your permission, solicit feedback from selected colleagues about your communication effectiveness.

Through demonstrations, experimentation, multiple on-camera presentations, and award-winning coaching, you’ll learn how to meet the demands of your speaking situations and deliver compelling world-class presentations. We’ll build upon your strengths and personality so that you excel quickly and comfortably. We’ll create a personal action plan for continuous improvement and you’ll receive DVDs of your presentations and coaching, our step-by-step presentation planners and essential follow-up phone coaching and support.

The "Silver" MDSGC Coaching Program is perfect when you need to prepare for a specific presentation or polish your overall skills. We’ll meet for one day of intensive in-person private coaching and ensure that you have the best content, structure, delivery and visuals, followed by coaching via phone for one month.

The "Gold" MDSGC Coaching Program is our most popular coaching program and designed to raise the bar for all your presentations. We’ll meet for two days of intensive private coaching, conducted consecutively or over a period of three months, which can include “in-the-field” observations of presentations if feasible. You’ll also have virtually unlimited consulting access via phone and email for three months to seek advice, bounce ideas, strategize and rehearse upcoming presentations.

The "Platinum" MDSGC Coaching Program is designed for the executive who delivers several critical presentations and wants to ensure that each one hits the mark perfectly. We'll meet in person once a month and you'll have virtually unlimited phone and email access to our team of professional speechwriters and visual aid designers.

Please contact us to discuss your situation and to schedule a free 30-minute consultation.

For Groups:

Presentation Skills / Public Speaking Course

About the Program

The Large Group Program is a 60 to 90 minute presentation that discusses the do's and don'ts of effective presentations. The program covers both content ("What do you say?") and delivery skills ("How do you say it?").

The Process

It is an interactive session (so it's really more than just a speech) in which each attendee is given a worksheet and actually develops a "real world" presentation. It is ideal for large meetings or conventions (25 to 500 attendees) and is designed to be fast-paced, informative and entertaining.

Topics Covered

The following topics are discussed and demonstrated:

Understanding your listener(s)
Organizing content from the listener's point of view
Eliminating "overkill"
Controlling nervousness
Eliminating monotone and boredom
Effectively using visual aids
Controlling questions & answers
Obtaining approval and action
Presenting a positive image

For CEO and top managers: One-To-One Program

The Question

Who has the courage to say to the CEO, "As a businessman, you may be brilliant; but as a presenter, you are awful!”

The Answer

Dr. Hassan Yemer, President of MDSGC, has said it dozens of times. He, of course, will add to the sentence, "Let's face it, you are terrible; but let's work on some things to find out how good you really can be. We'll work on the content (What do you say?) and the physical skills (How do you say it?)."

The Problem

Today's senior executives are becoming more and more visible. They are frequently called upon to address stockholders, financial analysts, sales representatives and many others.

With no training in Presentation Skills, the results can be boring, ineffective communication and unfortunately there is rarely a subordinate who will have the courage (or stupidity) to say anything other than "great job" when the "job" was not great at all. It's really unfortunate because most senior executives would really like to become better presenters.

The Solution

We can take the senior executives who are "horrible" presenters and make them "respectable." The ones who are already "respectable" can be made "good." The "good" presenters can be made "very good" and the "very good" presenters can be made "excellent".

The Process

The CEO Program is a confidential "one-to-one" half-day session that is completely tailored to the specific needs of the individual. It can include any of the following: delivering a written speech, organizing content, staff meetings, analyst meetings or any other communication situation.

The Benefits

Improved ability in communication situations results in an improved image of the senior executive and the organization. Instead of leaving a presentation saying, "Just another boring presentation," listeners will begin to say, "Wow! That person is really sharp!"
